Selleys FlameFlex High Performance Sealant can be used for construction joints & gaps where a fire rated seal is specified*, and can be used for construction joints for walls, windows & doors in bushfire prone areas^. It can be used where an acoustic rated seal is needed.
- Fire rated up to 4 hours*(AS1530.4)
- Fire rated up to BAL-FZ^ (AS3959)
- Complies with BCA acoustic requirements*
- No primer required on most surfaces
- Adhesion to wet or damp surfaces
- Low VOC
- Sandable when fully cured
- Water tight seal
